Donation information for hosts

Sending in donations by mail or fax.
After your get-together, please send the proceeds the participating haemophilia society nearest you using our downloadable donation forms. Please do not mail cash donations but submit the equivalent amount using a credit card or cheque. If you provide us your guests' names and complete addresses, we'll send them a thank you letter and an official receipt.
